At CTX Home Gyms, we stand behind the durability of our equipment and want to ensure your training remains uninterrupted. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your gear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully disassemble the equipment and secure it in its original packaging, ensuring all bolts, tools, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a heavy-freight pickup for larger power racks.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
